Crediclub
The Watcher, an AI audit of branch meetings
Mexican lender Crediclub cuts monthly audit costs 96% with an AI meeting reviewer
Problem
Crediclub could review only about 20 branch meetings a day by hand across more than 150 branches.
Approach
In 2023 the company built The Watcher on Azure. It records and transcribes branch meetings, stores them in SharePoint and Azure Cosmos DB, and uses GPT models to pull out topics and score things such as attendee engagement and decision-making. It serves 800 sales advisors and 150 branch managers.
Results
Takeaway
Automating manual reviews raised capacity from about 20 meetings a day to 150 an hour, according to Microsoft.
