Problem

The municipality of about 3,600 employees wanted help with document drafting, information handling and email, and faster response to security alerts.

Approach

Breda ran a Microsoft 365 Copilot pilot with more than 150 colleagues and about 25 use cases. Its IT team has used Security Copilot since April 2024 and GitHub Copilot since November 2024.
