Problem

The engineering and design firm spends large amounts of time on responses to requests for proposals.

Approach

GHD joined the Copilot early access program in September 2023 with 300 licences. It set up data access controls first, then let staff explore in Word, Teams and Outlook, and one user analysed two RFPs with it.

Takeaway

41% of users reported saving time, and 12% saved more than an hour. A 20-30% cut in RFP response time and cost is a projection by a GHD executive.
