Gojob
Aglae candidate pre-qualification assistant
Gojob's Aglae assistant pre-qualifies temp candidates in 15 minutes and lifts placement rate from 60% to 95%
Problem
Recruiters had to contact 50 to 80 candidates to fill one vacancy. That left little room for human contact and took time away from higher-value work.
Approach
Gojob, a digital employment agency with 200 staff in France and the US, built Aglae on Azure OpenAI Service. It texts candidates after a job is posted, drawing on 2 million profiles, and each recruiter gets a personalized version. Staff review conversations afterwards for bias, and the assistant hands off to humans when needed.
Results
Takeaway
Gojob pairs the assistant with after-the-fact bias review and human handoff. Gojob reported all the figures.
