Approach

HARTING built the Han Configurator on Azure OpenAI Service. Customers describe needs in plain language and the tool turns them into specifications and recommends a product. A second tool works with Siemens NX to draft custom prototypes.

Results

Takeaway

Configuration time fell from 15-20 minutes to about one minute. Prototype concepts take minutes instead of weeks.
