Nottingham wanted to reduce delays in mortgage applications and document checks. It also sought to serve borrowers with complex financial circumstances.

Approach

Nottingham built its IDI broker portal using MQube's Origo technology. Live trials with London & Country began in late 2024 and continued into the first half of 2025. The society then opened the platform to all brokers for residential applications. AI and machine learning supported document validation and affordability checks.
