Problem

Obeikan runs many production lines across its group. Staff needed to spot quality, waste and efficiency problems early and trace the cause of a fault quickly.

Approach

Obeikan built the O3ai platform with Microsoft on Azure. It takes data from sensors on machines, flags problems before they grow, and shows staff in a control center when a fault happened, why, and what fix fits best. Copilot and a custom chatbot sit on top. Obeikan said it connected 1,200 machines and 280 production lines and more than 3,000 employees in one system.

Takeaway

The 30% gain is a company figure given without a stated measure or baseline. The scale of the connected plant is the better-documented part.
