Section
Company-wide Claude rollout for marketing, education and leadership work
Section's 25-person team reported half its staff gaining at least 10% productivity with Claude
Problem
Section, a company that trains workforces in AI, wanted its own small team to use AI the way it advises clients to. It also wanted help with strategy work, not only routine tasks.
Approach
Section rolled Claude out across its 25 people. Marketing used Claude Projects to build a customer voice repository and refine positioning. The education team built presentation decks for bootcamp lectures, and leaders used it as a thought partner on plans. In one test, Section uploaded board materials and asked Claude to role-play board members.

Takeaway
A small team put a figure on the cost of its AI accounts and compared it with the headcount it said they replaced.
