Talan
Microsoft 365 Copilot for client-facing and support staff
Talan: over 80% of licensed staff use Copilot daily, nearly half save 1-2 hours a week
Problem
The French technology and consulting group wanted higher internal productivity and a base for advising clients on AI. Recording job-candidate meetings also raised data governance questions.
Approach
Talan gave Copilot licenses to client-facing and business support staff and tailored use cases to HR, recruitment, sales and marketing. It used Microsoft Purview to meet GDPR rules and trained Copilot ambassadors. Weekly webinars ran in three languages and staff shared prompts in a library.
Results
Takeaway
Recruiters reported more replies from candidates after using Copilot to refine outreach. Microsoft attributed the usage figures to Talan's own staff surveys.
