Problem

Webcash staff spent many hours each month on repetitive finance, accounting and HR work. These included expense approval, balance checks, card audits and affiliate contract review.

Approach

Webcash ran an internal AI transformation program it calls AX. Staff follow an ASK AX FIRST rule and consult AI before looking for documents or people. The company picked 20 AX Masters this year, chosen by how much they raised productivity with AI. It now plans to offer the same approach to customers in finance and the public sector.
