Copilot learning-center reports and attendance analysis
Windle cut weekly learning-center report preparation to 45 minutes with Copilot
Problem
Staff manually combined updates from messaging channels and office documents to prepare weekly learning-center reports. Tracking attendance across schools also required substantial administrative work.
Approach
Staff used Microsoft 365 Copilot to turn bullet points into narrative reports in the required template and produce dashboards. They also asked Copilot to analyze attendance data collected through Microsoft Forms and identify students at risk of dropping out.
Results
Takeaway
The reported time saving concerned weekly report preparation. It did not measure improvements in student retention.
