Access Holdings
Copilot for Microsoft 365 across the bank
Nigeria's Access Holdings says Copilot cut a chatbot project from months to about 10 days
Problem
The group employs more than 28,000 people in Nigeria and serves over 56 million customers. Coding, project builds and executive presentations took long stretches of staff time.
Approach
Access trained its executive directors and then its general managers, and set up a dedicated Copilot environment it says keeps data from leaking outside the company. Copilot was built into daily tools such as Teams.
Results
Takeaway
Access reported shorter development and presentation work, but said it was too early to quantify cost savings. It projected a 25% efficiency gain.
