Problem

Startup information was scattered across Malaysian institutions. Cradle's support staff answered questions that visitors could not resolve through the MYStartup repository.

Approach

Cradle worked with Agmo Group and Microsoft to build an Azure OpenAI chatbot. It searched a knowledge base and returned answers with relevant links. Responses varied by user role, and the chatbot operated outside office hours.

Takeaway

The chatbot provided another way to retrieve information already consolidated in the startup platform.
