Problem

Evri needed to identify delivery photos that failed its standards so staff could investigate problems and support couriers.

Approach

Evri worked with AWS on Veri Snap AI, an extension of its Parcel Vision technology. Amazon Nova Lite through Bedrock assessed parcel location and condition in courier photos. After the trial, Evri began deploying the system across its network.

Results

Takeaway

Evri reported delivery improvements and additional courier training without quantifying the improvement. Full-network deployment was still underway at the announcement.
