Pindrop Fraud Assist pilot for fraud case investigators
FNBO's fraud team handled 42% more cases after piloting Pindrop's generative AI case tool
Problem
FNBO's small fraud investigation team spent 30 to 35 minutes on an average case, much of it on call review and note writing.
Approach
From August to December 2025, FNBO piloted Pindrop Fraud Assist inside its existing Pindrop Protect setup. The tool summarizes calls in real time, translates other languages into English and writes case notes automatically. The pilot team had four to five investigators.
Results
Takeaway
The pilot ran inside an existing vendor setup, so the team gained time without new data pipelines or staff.
