Miro

Claude Cowork for influencer content review and weekly project tracking

Miro got influencer content live on time for 99% of posts after its marketing team set up Claude Cowork to review scripts

Problem

Miro's influencer marketing team had to check creator scripts and captions against event briefs by hand before each announcement. A program lead spent more than 90 minutes every Friday pulling project updates from Slack, email, calendar and chat into a tracking table.

Approach

Team members built tasks in Claude Cowork, part of Claude Enterprise. One checks creator scripts and captions for brand consistency, naming conventions and off-limits topics, and a person still makes the creative calls. A scheduled Friday task gathers context from Slack, email, calendar and chat and suggests updates to a Miro table, which the owner reviews before publishing. The influencer marketing manager involved her team in setup, recorded a walkthrough and tested with mock content before launch.

Takeaway

Miro's team started with routine checking and status-gathering work and kept a person on creative judgment and final review.
