Shared government AI search and document-drafting service
NIA and the interior ministry piloted shared AI search and drafting with about 30 models available
Problem
Government agencies needed access to generative AI within their administrative networks. Separate infrastructure projects risked duplicating investment.
Approach
NIA and the Ministry of the Interior and Safety built a shared environment using Samsung SDS FabriX and Naver Cloud Clova Studio for GOV. They developed related-information search and document-drafting services and began an internal-network chat pilot in November 2025. By August 2026, the environment offered approximately 30 AI models and 13 shared retrieval-augmented generation collections.
Results
Takeaway
The pilot gave agencies shared search and drafting tools before the planned expansion to additional agents. No measured staff-time savings were disclosed.
