RBC Wealth Management
Agentforce meeting-prep agent for financial advisors
RBC Wealth Management advisors saved 60 minutes per client meeting with an AI meeting-prep agent
Problem
RBC Wealth Management has 2,200 financial advisors in the US. Preparing for a client meeting meant pulling together a year of household data by hand.
Approach
RBC built its first AI agent on Salesforce Agentforce in six weeks. It sits on the Household Summary page in Financial Services Cloud, reviews a year of CRM data and produces a printable one-page brief for each client meeting. A second agent, Knowledge Pro, answers advisor questions on internal policies and procedures and links to the source documents. RBC planned more than 20 further use cases.
Results
Takeaway
A narrow agent that turns existing client records into a one-page brief gave advisors back time before each meeting. RBC started with a single task and added a second agent afterwards.
