Tobishima Holdings
AI meeting-minutes tool at construction sites
Tobishima Corporation cut minutes for an hour-long meeting from 2-3 hours to about 30 minutes with LINE WORKS AiNote, LINE WORKS says
Problem
Site staff at Tobishima Corporation often wrote minutes after the day's field work ended. Writing minutes for one meeting took hours.
Approach
Tobishima tried LINE WORKS AiNote for about a month and began full use in June 2025. Staff record meetings on a smartphone, and the tool transcribes them, separates speakers and writes a summary. Use then spread from a trial at some sites to dozens of its roughly 100 sites. Staff log in with their existing LINE WORKS IDs.

Takeaway
The time saving applies to an hour-long meeting and is reported by the tool's vendor from an interview with Tobishima staff. Wider use was still being extended to subcontractor meetings and daily briefings.
