Problem

Oxford wanted to improve staff productivity while protecting sensitive information. IT staff handled repetitive document and meeting tasks.

Approach

Oxford bought Microsoft 365 Copilot licences for all IT Services staff. It supported the pilot with onboarding sessions and Teams channels for sharing prompts. Staff used document summaries and meeting transcription within their existing Microsoft environment.

Results

over 400members of the IT Services department covered by the pilot, according to MicrosoftVendor case study[1]

Takeaway

Staff described useful time savings, but Microsoft did not report a measured department-wide productivity gain.
