Problem

Vodafone Idea manages more than 150 applications. It wanted to speed up software delivery and shorten the time to bring changes to market.

Approach

With IBM Consulting, it built an AI-first engineering model on IBM Consulting Advantage. More than 120 role-based assistants support design, code generation, testing, deployment validation and production issue analysis. Sensitive code and documents are handled by an India-based LLM service to meet data sovereignty rules.

Results

25% to 30%faster go-to-market, per IBMVendor case study[1]

Takeaway

The assistants were tied to specific roles in the delivery process rather than offered as one general tool.
