WorkingVendor case studyVendor ↗

Problem

YMCA South Australia has about 1,250 staff and runs programs at more than 65 locations, supported by a small corporate services team. Operational reports took a full day to produce, and branded documents and tender submissions took hours of staff time.

Approach

The organization began with individual use of Claude for Nonprofits and then rolled it out company-wide with single sign-on. Staff use it to analyze data across sites, produce reports and documents, and write tender submissions. The team also built more than 20 custom skills that hold brand standards and operating procedures.

Results

under 30 minutestime to produce an operational report that previously took a full day, now including cross-site benchmarking and recommendations, per AnthropicVendor case study[1]
10 to 15 hourssaved per week for key users across analysis, document production and communications, per AnthropicVendor case study[1]
20 minutestime to produce a branded template, down from 2 to 3 hours, per AnthropicVendor case study[1]
20% to 30%time saved on tender content creation, per AnthropicVendor case study[1]

Takeaway

The largest gains came in recurring document work such as reports, templates and tenders. The organization did not say how it measured the time savings.
