Amplitude
Workato Genie AI agents for go-to-market, finance, procurement and IT
Amplitude's five internal AI agents saved more than 4,500 hours
Problem
Amplitude's corporate IT team found pain points in finance, HR and IT, and the company wanted larger efficiency gains than the 30-40% it was seeing.
Approach
Amplitude's IT team acted as an agentic center of excellence and built AI agents, called Genies, on the Workato One platform after a February proof of concept and a March decision to adopt it. An IT agent was piloted in corporate engineering and then expanded. Five Genies covered Marketing, IT, Sales Ops, Finance and Integrations, with more than 60 use cases. Amplitude did this without new hires.
Results
Takeaway
Amplitude started with one IT agent in a pilot team and added four more within months. The hours figure comes from Workato's customer story.
