Heiwa Corporation
In-house generative AI assistant for all employees on Bedrock Claude Chat
Heiwa built a company-wide generative AI assistant in about a month and opened it to more than 500 employees
Problem
Heiwa wanted all employees to be able to use generative AI safely for daily work such as minutes, approval documents, and code.
Approach
Heiwa built the assistant in about one month on Bedrock Claude Chat, an open-source project that runs on Amazon Bedrock, and tied it to its existing SAML sign-in. A three-month pilot with 60-70 employees from several departments followed. The tool was then opened to more than 500 employees.
