Icade
Delos multi-LLM assistant and an AI layer over the Box document store
Icade gave a multi-LLM assistant to 900 of its 1,000 employees in 2025
Problem
Icade's Box document store holds millions of documents, many unused and some hundreds of pages long. Staff also expected the quality of answers they got from personal AI tools.
Approach
In September 2025 Icade's IT department deployed Delos, a French-hosted layer that sends questions to several models, with Mistral as the default and ChatGPT and Claude also available. It also began building its own AI layer on Box to find information and write summaries. Tests of Box's own AI feature were not conclusive so far, and Icade was checking whether a market product could match its in-house build.
Results
Takeaway
Icade's IT chief estimated savings of 30 to 45 minutes a day per person but gave no measured result.
