Problem

M&A proposal quality depended on individual consultants. The company wanted to see what its best consultants did differently in client conversations.

Approach

Nihon M&A Center built Bring Out for M&A (beta) together with Bring Out, a conversation-data analysis company. The generative AI tool uses recorded conversations from interviews, company profile proposals and kickoff meetings. The analysis covered more than 600 consultants. Planned features include automatic proposal material creation and support for presenting synergy hypotheses.
