Persol Holdings
CHASSU group-wide generative AI chat and ChatPCA at Persol Career
Persol Group employees used its in-house AI chat, and Persol Career staff reported saving 6-8 hours a month
Problem
Persol wanted staff across its many group companies to use generative AI safely and to learn how to use it while working. Individual units also needed tools tied to their own documents and roles.
Approach
Persol Holdings built CHASSU, an in-house chat environment, and rolled it out to group companies from August 2023. A shared prompt gallery held about 500 prompts by November 2024. Persol Career added ChatPCA, a retrieval-augmented tool with job-specific templates, in October 2023, and grew its searchable documents from about 100 to several thousand by August 2024.

Takeaway
A shared group platform plus a unit-level tool tied to its own documents gave Persol both wide use and a figure for time saved in one unit.
