Prague Airport
Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI for staff
Prague Airport gives over 300 staff Copilot; staff report saving up to two hours weekly
Problem
The airport wanted less repetitive work without exposing sensitive data in a regulated setting. Staff were already looking for AI tools on their own.
Approach
With partner SoftwareOne, the airport deployed Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure AI Services and Copilot Studio. It added training materials, workshops and a digital ambassador community. Teams built agents such as a document finder and a repair-procedure assistant.
Results
Takeaway
Staff built document-search and repair-procedure assistants after receiving training. Microsoft gives conflicting bounds for self-reported weekly savings: at least two hours and up to two hours.
