PRIO
Copilot-assisted job descriptions and competency mapping
PRIO used Copilot to save more than 70 hours per department on job descriptions, Microsoft reported
Problem
Preparing job descriptions and competency maps required extensive interviews and document review. The previous process took about 50 consultancy hours and 26 hours from each manager.
Approach
PRIO developed interview scripts and prompts for Microsoft Copilot. It recorded and transcribed manager interviews, then generated role descriptions and competency maps from the transcripts. The revised workflow included planning and manager review and took 4 hours.

Takeaway
Manager interviews remained part of the workflow. Copilot reduced the effort required to turn those interviews into structured role documentation.
