TS Imagine
Generative AI for email intake, support triage and document processing
TS Imagine saved 4,000 hours a year by automating email intake with generative AI
Problem
TS Imagine serves more than 500 financial institutions and received about 100,000 emails a year. Staff watched the inboxes and turned messages into tickets by hand.
Approach
The company used Snowflake Cortex AI with retrieval augmented generation. The AI drops duplicate or irrelevant emails, then creates, assigns, prioritizes and schedules JIRA tickets. The same platform classifies about 5,000 support tickets a month and turns securities documents into structured data. An early prototype ran on GPT-4-Turbo before the team moved to Cortex AI.

Takeaway
Email monitoring was the largest block of manual work removed.
