Problem

The merchandising team at Etvoa, a brand of Agabang & Company, handled hundreds of product plans and the sales and inventory tracking by hand in Excel.

Approach

Etvoa adopted Cleave, an AI business automation product from the AI firm Talentry, in a project that began in July 2024. The system pulls scattered internal data into the cloud and produces a daily morning AI report on sales changes, sales spikes by store and inventory status. Talentry then started a second project on AI-based product ordering and store distribution, with a company-wide rollout still being designed.

Results

50%+average reduction in decision-making time, per TalentryVendor case study[1]
several hundred million woncost savings, per Talentry; the release did not say how they were measuredVendor case study[1]

Takeaway

Etvoa started with the daily reporting work its merchandisers did by hand and moved to ordering and distribution only after that worked.
