AI service desk for employees inside the Jimuli collaboration tool
Atour built an AI service desk with Feishu into its new Jimuli staff tool and connected DeepSeek
Problem
Atour wanted one place where headquarters and regional staff could handle approvals, store data and internal questions, instead of separate systems.
Approach
Atour developed the Jimuli collaboration tool with Feishu, starting in 2024 and rolling it out more widely from November. Headquarters and regional frontline staff moved to it in early 2025. One of three live products is a unified service desk that uses AI and a knowledge base to answer staff questions. Staff can pick from several models in the backend, and DeepSeek has been connected to the service desk.

Takeaway
Atour let staff choose among several models behind the desk rather than fixing on one.
