DBS launched JIM after over 90% of surveyed applicants gave positive feedback

WorkingCompany's own claimOfficial ↗

Problem

Recruiters spent time collecting applicant information and answering emails before interviews. Candidates' daytime commitments also pushed recruitment work outside normal hours.

Approach

DBS and Impress.AI built an AI recruiter for wealth planning manager recruitment. A pilot began in April 2018 before the June launch. JIM reviewed resumes, collected screening answers and administered psychometric assessments, with candidate interaction available around the clock.

Results

over 90%positive responses among close to 100 applicants who provided feedback, according to DBSCompany's own claim[1]

Takeaway

DBS automated work before the recruiter interview. Applicant feedback supported the experience, but the launch announcement described time savings as an expectation.
