Problem

Supervisors who run frontline BPO work wanted workflow improvements tailored to each client. The company wanted to make them without changing clients' systems.

Approach

A new company-wide AI strategy unit, set up in March 2026, rolled out Anthropic's Claude Code to all 130 supervisors. They instruct it in Japanese to build tools that fit each client's workflow. The company also planned an external product around August 2026 to automate security checks on such tools.

Results

200個に迫っていますtools built so far by supervisors (approaching 200), per the companyCompany's own claim[1]
300個以上further tool ideas accumulated at the frontline (over 300), per the companyCompany's own claim[1]

Takeaway

Putting a coding assistant in the hands of the people who run daily operations produced a long queue of tool ideas, though the company has not yet reported measured business gains.
