WorkingVendor case study

Problem

Preliminary legal and regulatory review of building designs took Heerim three to five days. The checks cover many rules, such as zoning, floor area ratio and evacuation facilities.

Approach

Megazone Cloud built a multi-agent system with one supervisor agent and five specialized agents on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore in the AWS Seoul region. The agents handle PDF preprocessing, project analysis, district unit planning, legal review and design standards. The system checks 38 items in 8 categories. The pilot was completed on 22 April 2026.

Results

under 30 minutesfor preliminary code review, down from 3 to 5 days, per Megazone CloudVendor case study[1]
86%lower cost per full review run after optimization, compared with the initial development stage, per Megazone CloudVendor case study[1]
38 items in 8 categorieschecked automatically by the systemVendor case study[1]

Takeaway

Reusing earlier review results made re-checks after design changes much shorter than the first pass. The figures come from the pilot and the AI supplier.
