Migalo Holdings
Generative AI for sales call analysis, minutes, role-play training and seminars
Migalo Holdings says generative AI cut minutes-writing time by about 95% and role-play training effort by about 73%
Problem
Sales staff wrote minutes and entered Salesforce records by hand, which took 5 to 10 minutes per task and capped meetings at about three or four a day. Role-play training and seminars also took heavy effort.
Approach
From around April 2025 the group used generative AI to record and analyze sales meetings and fill in Salesforce automatically. It added a role-play analysis feature and used AI to run seminars. Company staff described the work in an interview with a SHIFT AI media site.
