SK Manager internal HR chatbot
SK bioscience employees used an internal chatbot to find HR rules without contacting HR staff
Problem
Employees previously called or messaged colleagues to find HR rules and the responsible contact. Answering those questions interrupted the staff handling them.
Approach
The DX development and operations team built SK Manager using an LLM and company regulations with staff-prepared FAQs. Employees accessed the chatbot through PCs and smartphones. HR questions were supported, while additional subject areas remained under development.
Results
No published figures
Takeaway
The company reported fewer interruptions for staff answering routine questions, without publishing a measured reduction.
