SThree
AI role-play training for new sales consultants
SThree onboarded new consultants 53% faster with PitchMonster AI role-plays
Problem
SThree, a STEM staffing firm, had to onboard new recruitment consultants across 11 countries. Coaching them took a lot of trainer time.
Approach
SThree used PitchMonster's AI sales role-play platform. A scorecard mapped to its consultative selling steps scored each practice call, and AI personas played roles such as hiring manager, procurement lead or passive candidate. Trainers could trigger preset objections, and French voices were added for the Paris office. Other offices, experienced consultants and managers later asked to use it.

Takeaway
Practice calls scored against a single selling framework let new hires rehearse without a trainer present. Demand then spread beyond new joiners.
