AEON
Group-wide exaBase generative AI trial
AEON extended its generative AI trial to about 1,000 employees, while about 30% of accounts remained inactive
Problem
AEON wanted employees across its group to try generative AI in their work. Employees had different levels of AI knowledge, and the group had limited visibility into their intended uses.
Approach
AEON introduced exaBase generative AI in December 2023 across 90 group companies. Its Digital Academy provided training and a forum for employees to exchange experiences. Employees used the service for translation and document drafting, among other tasks.
Results
Takeaway
Providing accounts did not ensure regular use. AEON contacted inactive users and reassigned accounts to employees who wanted access.
