Doctolib
Employee-built agents for commercial and operations workflows
Doctolib put about 10 employee-agent use cases into production with Tandem
Problem
Doctolib had deployed an internal agent platform, but use remained concentrated among a few experienced employees. Commercial and operations teams needed help building agents for their own work.
Approach
Tandem ran workshops and team sessions during a 3-month engagement. Employees co-built integrations for billing-anomaly alerts and bonus calculations. Internal staff took over the coaching role before the engagement ended.
Results
Takeaway
The work expanded employees' ability to build agents on an existing platform. Production-use counts did not establish financial returns.
